Victoria Tanna

Victoria is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar and an Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA). She holds a Bachelor Degree in Science with Honours in Psychology and her Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney.

Victoria enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults and has previously worked across the age range in public settings including The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, The Service for the Treatment of Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Survivors (STARTTS), as well as at the University of Sydney Psychology Clinic. She currently also works at Liverpool Hospital in the Brain Injury and Rehabilitation Unit. Victoria works to provide personalised support for clients by employing evidence-based treatment approaches from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support better management of anxiety, anger and depression. She is also trained in cognitive and psychometric assessments for the assessment and diagnosis of learning and developmental disorders.

Victoria enjoys providing care that is culturally and trauma informed and has special interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and major illness.
