Thomas Brown

Thomas is a Clinical Psychologist and a Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. Thomas holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Macquarie University and a Master of Clinical Psychology degree from Macquarie University. 

Thomas has worked with child and adults in public and private settings, including The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Canteen Australia, MindSpot, Sydney Local Health District in the Holistic Early Intervention Team. He has a keen focus on youth mental health and early intervention in emerging mental health conditions, as well as an interest in cancer and oncology, ADHD, and eating disorders. Thomas has experience working across the lifespan, and helps clients with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depressive disorders, adjustment issues and major mental health conditions including bipolar affective disorders and psychosis.

Thomas works to provide a warm and collaborative space in therapy, and employs a range of evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), to support his clients achieve their goals in treatment
