Dr Anthony Joffe

Anthony is a warm and dedicated clinical psychologist, who is passionate about helping people of all ages navigate life’s challenges using evidence-based therapies. With experience spanning private practice, healthcare, and the not-for-profit sector, he brings a holistic approach to individual therapy.

Anthony has a particular interest in supporting clients in managing anxiety, OCD, and related conditions. Drawing on his doctoral research into burnout in healthcare professionals, he also empowers individuals from a range of workplace backgrounds to prevent and recover from burnout. Ultimately, Anthony aims to help clients build stronger relationships, enhance resilience, and develop effective coping strategies.

He tailors his care to each client, primarily using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while integrating approaches like Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as needed.

Alongside his clinical work at Mind Plasticity, Anthony is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Black Dog Institute, where he contributes to research on the assessment and treatment of depression.
